EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
Applications are invited from the citizen of India as defined in Part-II of the constitution for appointment to the following posts under MGNREGS on contract basis.
A.

| Age | 18 to 40 Years as on 01.01.2014 with relaxation as permissible for the SC,ST,OBC and other categories in terms of rules and order issued by Govt, from time to time. |

| Number of Post | 11 (Eleven) |
| Monthly Remuneration | Rs. 18,000/- (Consolidated) |
| Qualification | Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution. |
| Age | 18 to 40 Years as on 01.01.2014 with relaxation as permissible for the SC,ST,OBC and other categories in terms of rules and order issued by Govt, from time to time. |
Candidates are required to apply in the prescribed format given herewith along with the attested copies of the following documents and testimonials.
- Attested copy of the certificate in support of BE (Civil) Degree for the post of Assistant Engineer.
- Attested copy of the certificate in support of Diploma in Civil Engineering for the post of Technical Assistant.
- Attested copies of Academic Certificates (Madhyamik/S.F and onwards)
- Attested copy of Age proof certificate.
- Attested copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate and other testimonials if any.
- Two copies of attested Passport size photographs, one to be pasted on the right top corner of the application format specified for photograph and the other copy to be stitched with application format.
- 01 (one) 10″ X 5″ size self -addressed envelope affixed with postage stamp worth Rs. 5/-
- Please write the name of the post applied for and advertisement no. on the top of the envelope containing application with supporting papers.
- The application shall reach the office of the undersigned in the District MGNEGS Cell at 2nd floor of the Collectorate Building, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur addressing the District Programme Co-ordinator (MGNREGS) & District Magistrate, Dakshin Dinajpur, PO+ PS-Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, PIN- 733101. The application may be submitted either by post or by person from 14.01.2014 during office hours of the working days. The last date of submission of application is 28.01.2014 up to 5:30 p.m.
- The said information and application format are also uploaded in D.M’s website vide no. www.ddinajpur.nic.in.
- Application, if not properly filled up and submitted without the requisite documents will be rejected.
