Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following temporary positions in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) / in GHMC under Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu, Hyderabad, to be engaged through outsourcing agency.
I. Details:

• 35,000/- (+) Cell Phone Allowance Rs. 750/- per month. | • To co-ordinate the placements linked training programmes under RYK at GHMC Head Office Level.• The incumbent should have functional experience in Livelyhoods Programme/ Skill Development programme of reputed NGOs/ Vocational Training Partners or Government / Quasi Government organisation.
• The incumbent should have worked in a team of not less than 5 members |
3 | Project Manager (Zonal level) (to work in GHMC under RYK) | 5 | 1) MBA. 2) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. |
• 20,000/- (+) Cell Phone Allowance Rs. 500/- per month | • To co-ordinate the placements linked training programmes under RYK at GHMC Zonal Level.• The incumbent should have functional experience in Livelyhoods Programme/ Skill Development programme of reputed NGOs/ Vocational Training Partners or Government/ Quasi Government Organisation.
• The incumbent should have worked in a team of not less than 3 members. |
4 | MIS Manager (to work in GHMC under RYK) | 1 | 1) MCA.

• 20,000/- (+) Cell Phone Allowance Rs. 500/- per month | • Should have Computer knowledge and skills on online operations under MIS. |
5 | HR Head (to work in GHMC under RYK) | 1 | 1) MBA. 2) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. |
• 25,000/- (+) Cell Phone Allowance Rs. 500/- per month | • To co-ordinate with various employers, recruiting agencies and staffing companies to facilitate direct jobs coupled with training for jobseekers at Head Office level.• Should have functional experience in reputed recruiting/ staffing organizations/ NGOs.
• The incumbent should have worked in a team of not less than 3 members. |
6 | Job Head (to work in GHMC under RYK) | 1 | 1) MBA. 2) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. |
• 25,000/- (+) Cell Phone Allowance Rs. 500/- per month | • To co-ordinate organization of Job Melas and direct placement by planning and implementing the strategy as per the demand and supply for jobs in open market. To co-ordinate with other Zonal level staff for conducting job melas. |

• 12,000/- (+) Cell Phone Allowance Rs. 500/- per month | • To co-ordinate with various employers, recruiting agencies and staffing companies to facilitate direct jobs coupled with training for jobseekers at Zonal level. • Should have functional experience in reputed recruiting/ staffing organizations/ NGOs. |

The qualification degree of MBA / MCA should be from reputed institutes in a regular mode (distance learning mode is not acceptable).
II. Age: 18 to 33 years.
Selection: Shortlisting of eligible candidates may be based on marks in prescribed qualification, number of years of relevant experience and other preferences mentioned in the notification. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed to attend for selection process which may include test/interview or both.
Tenure: The post is purely temporary and for a period of 1 year.
Method of Payment: Through placement agency on monthly basis.
