Manager – Legal:  Graduate (LLB/BL) with 7-10 years of experience (minimum 5 years in real estate). Should have experience in Title Verification and land acquisition, dealing with statutory dept., documentation, knowledge in civil cases and taxation, etc.

Legal Liasioning Officer:  Retired MRO With considerable experience in legal documentation and land acquisition/development rules and regulations.

Manager – HR & Admin:  Candidate should be MBA – HR with 5- 8 years of relevant experience. Should have experience in handling statutory compliance related to labour laws/ ESI / PF/ Contractors apart from regular day to day HR and administration activity.

Officer – Sales:  Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in real estate firm with good communication and excellent convincing skills.
