GM-MEP
Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 15-20 years experience in managing and supervising the design/ installation/ operation of state- of-the-art MEP systems and components in large towers and/ or mixed- use projects. Project management, construction and estimating experience, with the ability to meet schedule and budgetary goals on large- scale projects is a must.

GM – Commercial
Graduate Engineer with 15-20 years experience in contract documentation, tendering process, tax regime, and legal procedure. Manage and coordinate tendering process, prepare and design construction contracts. Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge of prices of major building materials and equipment

PGM – Projects (Civil)
Graduate in Civil Engineering with 12-15 years experience in managing and supervising the design/ installation/operation of state-of-the-art Construction Methodology and components in large towers and/ or mixed- use projects. Project management, construction and estimating experience, with the ability to meet schedule and budgetary goals on large- scale projects is a must.

Sr. Manager(s)/Manager(s)-HVAC, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-12 years experience on supervising the design/installation/operation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and fire-fighting systems.

Sr. Manager(s)/Manager(s) – Electrical
Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8-12 years experience supervising the design/installation/operation of Electrical systems including HT, LT, DGs, Fire-alarm systems.

Engineer(s)-Electrical
Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3-7 years experience supervising the design/installation/ operation of Electrical system including HT, LT, DGs, Fire-alarm systems, Planning, supervision & site execution works.

Engineer(s)-HVAC, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting
Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 3-7 years experience on supervision of HVAC, plumbing and fire-fighting installation, Planning, supervision & site execution works.

Sr. Manager/Manager-Environment, Healths Safety (EHS)
Graduate with minimum 8-12 years experience in EHS legislation and best practices. Committed to adhering to EHS standards. Experienced in the Review/implementation of project EHS activities performed by various disciplines.

Sr. QS & Billing Engineer-Civil
Graduate / Diploma Engineers (Civil) with 8-15 years experience In BOQ Analysis, Billing, reconciliation, Tender Bids in High Rise Buildings.

Planning Engineer
Graduate / Diploma Engineers (Civil) with 5-10 years experience as Planning Engineer in integration of activities of different disciplines for smooth execution of projects. Proficiency in Primavera & MSP is a must

Glazing/Curtain-Wall Engineer
Diploma/Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engg. with 5-7 years exp. in handling structural glazing work for high rise buildings, having in-depth knowledge of various components involved in structural glazing, ACP/Granite cladding and allied works.
