Project Directors (Ref SPS/PM01): BE (Civil) with minimum 20 years experience in construction of large Bridges & heavy construction and should exhibit leadership qualities with a thorough understanding of the construction project management.

Joint General Managers / General Managers (Construction) (Ref SPS/PM02): BE (Civil) with minimum 15 years experience in construction of large Bridges & heavy construction with a thorough understanding of construction of deep foundations, Pre-stressed construction, launching of girders etc.

Deputy General Managers / Sr. Managers (Const / Planning/ Contract) (Ref SPS/PE03): BE (Civil) with minimum 10 years experience or Diploma (Civil) with minimum 15 years experience in bridge construction. For Planning the candidate shall possess good skill in MS Project and preferably Primavera. For contracts good exposure to contract formulation, bidding, variations claims and dispute resolution is required.

Sr. Managers / Managers (Const / Quantity Survey and Billing) (Ref SPS/PE04): BE (Civil) with minimum 8 years experience or Diploma (Civil) with minimum 12 years experience in assigned domain in large Bridges or large construction sites.

Sr. Managers / Managers (Quantity Control and Quality Assurance) (Ref SPS/QS05): BE (Civil) with minimum 7 years experience or Diploma (Civil) with minimum 10 years experience in OA/ QC for a large construction site.

Sr. Managers / Managers (Health Safety and Environment) (Ref SPS/HS06): Relevant qualification of Safety council with minimum 3 years experience.

Sr. Engineers / Site Engineers (Const / Planning / Quantity Survey) (Ref SPS/PE07): BE (Civil) with minimum 2 years experience or Diploma (Civil) with minimum 6 years experience in construction industry preferably Bridges, viaducts, large buildings etc.

Sr. Engineers/ Engineers (Plant & Machinery) (Ref SPS/PE08): BE (Civil) with minimum 2 years experience or Diploma (Civil) with minimum 6 years experience in construction industry preferably Bridges, viaducts, large buildings etc.

Design Engineers (Civil/ Structure) (Ref SPS/DES09): Fresh or experienced in bridge or civil structures design.

AutoCAD Engineers (Ref SPS/DES10): Relevant qualification with very good AutoCAD skills and training.
