Project Manager: B.Tcch/M.Tech (Construction Management) with 8-10 years of work experience In Multistoried / High Rise / Commercial Construction Project of more than 10 lakh sft. Must have through knowledge in quality control and monitoring, managing the project schedules: preferred age below 40 years.
Senior Architect: M Arch / B Arch with minimum of 8 years experience in design and working details, walkthroughs in Multistoried / Residential / Commercial / Gated Community Projects. Must be strong in 3D MAX 10 version; preferred age below 35 years.
Senior Engineer: B.Tech(Civil)/M.Tech (Construction Management) with 5-7 years of work experience in Multi Storied/High Rise/Commercial Construction Projects. Must have thorough knowledge in keeping track of the progress & maintaining the Project schedules and assist the Project Manager: preferred age below35years.
Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts): M.Com /CA (Inter) with 5-10 years of experience in handling statutory requirements. Must be able to finalise the Accounts, Appraisal & Processing project loans through Financial Institutions; preferred age below 35 years.
Senior Manager (Purchase): Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in procurement of materials in Construction industry with hands on experience in Inventory Management, Cost Control, & Vendor Development Exposure to ISO & ERP would be added advantage; preferred age below 35 years.
Manager (Sales and Marketing): Graduate / Post Graduate in management with marketing, minimum of 5years experience in direct selling in construction/real estate industry. Must possess excellent communication skills, exemplary leadership qualities & should be capable of managing the marketing operations and business development Excellent negotiation & communication, customer care skills desired; preferred age below 35 years.
Facility Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate in facility management with 5-8 years of experience in interdisciplinary field primarily devoted to the maintenance of Residential/Commercial Buildings of 5 lakh sft and above. Experience in hospitals, hotel, gated communities of 200 above families will be an added advantage; preferred age below 35 years.
Supervisors: Diploma in civil with 5 years of work experience in Multistoried / High Rise / Commercial Construction Project Must have thorough knowledge in quality control, supervising the project & assisting Project Manager; preferred age below 30 years.
