PROJECT MANAGER

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 12 years’ experience (15 years for diploma holders) from a reputed construction company Should have independently executed and completed at least one major project of value not less than 30 to 40 crores. Should have knowledge of contract conditions, clauses and well versed with contract management. Should be capable of mobilising manpower & resources and managing men & material.

DY. PROJECT MANAGER

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 years’ experience (12 years for diploma holders) from a reputed construction company. Should have independently executed and completed al least one major project of value not less than 30 to 40 crores. Should have knowledge of contract conditions, clauses and well versed with contract management. Should be capable of mobilising manpower & resources and managing men & material.

SR. ENGINEER

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7 years’ experience (10 years for diploma holders) from a reputed construction company in works execution Should be able to plan and organise resources to achieve maximum productivity Should be proficient in studying and understanding the construction drawings Should have sufficient knowledge of work procedures and construction methodology.

ASST. ENGINEER

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ experience (8 years for diploma holders) from a reputed construction company in works execution Should be able to plan and organise resources to achieve maximum productivity Should be proficient m studying and understanding the construction drawings. Should have sufficient knowledge of work procedures and construction methodology

JR. ENGINEER

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years’ experience (4 years for diploma holders) from a reputed construction company. Should be proficient in preparation of bar bending schedules and measurements.

WATER & ENVIRONMENT DIVISION – HYDERABAD

SE/AGM/DGM – Electro Mechanical and Pumping Installations

Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 8-15 years experience in design, installation operation and maintenance of electro mechanical equipment in water and sewage pumping installations.

SE/AGM/DGM – Water and Sewage Treatment Plants

Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 8-15 years experience in design, construction/ installation operation and maintenance of electro mechanical equipment in water and sewage treatment plants.

SE/AGM/DGM – Process Design of Water/Sewage Treatment Plants

Post-Graduates/Graduates in Environmental/Chemical Engineering with 8-15 years’ experience in designing of water and sewage treatment plants involving various technologies including preparation of P&I drawings and layouts.

BUILDINGS DIVISION – HYDERABAD

MANAGER / DY. MANAGER / JR. ENGINEER -CONTRACTS

B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with an experience of 12-15 years for manager. 7-10 years for deputy manager and 3 – 5 years for junior engineer.

Should be a highly competent contracts administrator with extensive experience in administering contracts for major projects in the field of construction. Should have expertise in managing pre-award contract management with an emphasis on pre-qualification and bid preparation, evaluation, request for quotations, negotiating, drafting and submission of offer to the clients. Should be experienced in construction of buildings, sports complexes, commercial complexes, industrial structures, group housing etc
