Teaching Staff
In teachers we look for depth of knowledge, good communication, pleasing personality and orientation to activity based learning. Experience of teaching in International schools following IB or Cambridge is an added advantage.

Home Room Teachers for Jr KG to Class 2:
Experienced teachers with Montessori or Early Childhood Training and a lot of patience with children.

Trainee Pre-primary Teachers:
Young and enthusiastic persons with a formal training in early childhood education could apply for trainee positions.

Subject Specialist Teachers for classes 3 to 10:
Teachers with 5 to 6 years of experience in activity based learning methodologies to teach Maths, Science, Social Studies, English, Hindi and Telugu.

Trainee Subject Teachers:
Excellent education with post graduation, having good aptitude & passion for teaching and good communication skills. You can apply even with no prior experience we will groom you to teach.

Special Needs Teacher:
Having a relevant degree with 5 to 7 years of work experience. Trained to handle children with different needs like Autism, Down Syndrome and Learning Difficulties.

Remedial Teachers:
Subject Specialist Teachers to teach the slow learners for Grades 1 to 8 for English, Maths and Science.

PE & Activity Teachers
We are looking to work with professionals in the following areas: PE with good qualification, experience and communication skills Craft (preferably with experience in Waldorf schools)

Content and Research Staff:
Manthan builds its own learning resources for teachers and children. A dedicated set of senior teachers work long hours to support the teachers. We are looking at experienced teachers with a flair for structuring and developing learning resources. Teachers should at least have 7 to 8 years experience in activity based learning and exposure to writing content. Should possess in depth understanding of the subject and all aspects of learning.

Subject Specialist:
To develop content for English, Math, Science, Social Science and 2″J Languages (Hindi &Telugu) for classes 1 to 10.

Pre Primary Content Developer:
To develop content for kindergarten children with a good knowledge of early childhood education.

Administrative Staff:
We are looking for people with child sensitivity, operational excellence, good communication skills and pleasing personality:
• Front office Executive/Admissions counselor
• Accountant (Sr and Jr levels)
