Notification for engagement of Teaching Associates / Teaching Assistants

Applications are invited for walk-in interview for the following contractual posts in Polytechnic of Agriculture, of Scare Rainfall Zone purely on temporary basis.

Name of the Post	Qualifications	Emoluments
Teaching Associate	With Doctoral Degree / Ph.D in Agriculture & Allied Sciences OR With Master’s Degree: Master’s degree in the Agriculture & Allied Sciences with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. All the Relevant degrees should be completed in the ICAR accredited Universities / Colleges only.	Rs. 54,000/- per month plus applicable HILA. (For Ph. D holders) Rs. 49.000/- per month plus applicable HRA (for Master Degree holders) The FIRA will be given as per the existing state Govt. Rates applicable in various places/ locations.
Teaching Assistant	B.Sc (Ag) / B.Tech (Ag.Engg) degree of four years from ICAR accredited Universities / Colleges only.	Rs. 30,000 consolidated pay per month

Age Limit:
Teaching Associate: Maximum 40 years for men and 45 years for women as on the date of interview.
Teaching Assistant: Upper Age Limit for Teaching Assistant is 35 years on the date of interview

Other Terms & Conditions:

1. The individuals are engaged purely on temporary and contractual basis which will be terminated after completion of 11 months, and the incumbent shall not have any claim for regular appointment or any further continuation of contractual service.
2. The candidate must bring their all-original certificates/marksheets/testimonials, etc. with one set of their self attested copies from matriculation onwards and experience certificate in original (as applicable) with them.
3. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature or termination even after selection,
4. The engaged candidates may be terminated at any time without notice or assigning any reason thereof.
5. The engaged candidates may also leave the contractual service on their own volition, by giving one-month notice.
6. At the end of the contract period, the candidate will have no right to claim any employment or engagement in other colleges.
7.  No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants for appearing in interview.
8. Candidates fulfilling the essential qualification only need to attend the walk-in Interviews
9. The engaged candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at their own expenses as per the rules for ensuring their physical fitness before appointment.
10. The ADR reserves the right to cancel / withdraw any position and the decision shall be final and binding on all aspects.
