(*) The posts of Assistant Professors in the School of Tourism Hospitality Service Sectoral Management have been created initially for five years.
3% of the positions are reserved for Persons with Disabilities as per the GOI rules.

The candidates who applied in response to the Advertisement issued in April 2011 under special drive recruitment need not apply again, however, they may express their willingness for consideration or otherwise by updating their qualifications, experiences etc. Candidates who are called for interview will have an option of being interviewed in Hindi also.
Application form along with annexure, qualifications and other details can be obtained from the Director, Academic Coordination Division, 1st Floor, Room No.109, Besides VC office, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi 110 068 during office hours on all working days in person, on production of a Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- for General and OBC candidates, Rs. 50/- from SC/ST candidates drawn in favour of “IGNOU” payable at New Delhi. Application can also be obtained by Post by enclosing a self- addressed envelope of A4 size and affixing postal stamps of Rs.50/- on the envelope. Separate self-addressed, stamped envelope must be sent for each application. Application form along with annexure, qualifications and other details can also be downloaded from the University website (www.ignou.ac.in) from 10.06.2013 onwards. The Downloaded form must be accompanied by a demand draft of prescribed amount. Women applicants and persons with disabilities are exempted from paying this amount
Filled in application form in the prescribed format along with prescribed amount and the copies of the supporting documents / certificates should reach the Director, Academic Coordination Division, 1st Floor, Room No.109, Besides VC office, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi 110 068 on or before 31.07.2013.
