Sub: Recruitment in Sub Staff Cadre i.e. Sepoy

Applications are invited for the post of Sepoy (Sub Staff Cadre) only in the Bank’s prescribed format attached herewith for vacancies in Bank of India, Mumbai South Zone, Mumbai North Zone and Navi Mumbai Zone. Particulars, Terms & Conditions are as under:
1. Post: Sepoy (Sub Staff Cadre)
2. Number of Posts: 170

3. Qualification as on 07-05-2012: For All Category – SSC (Std. 10^th passed) Working knowledge of Marathi & English
4. Age as on 07-05-2012: As on 07-05-2012 (18 years complete). For General Candidates not more than 26 years.
Relaxation of Age: SC/ST Candidates 5 years
OBC Candidates 3 years
PH 10 years
5. Last date for submission: 24-08-2013
6. Please mention “Application for the post of Sepoy alongwith Name of the Zone applied for ” in Bold Letter on the Envelope.

8. Selection of Zone: The Candidates should apply for only one Zone.

The Candidate should enclose the certified copies of the following documents:
i. Employment Exchange Registration Card, if registered.
ii. School Leaving Certificate;
iii. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC Category). For OBC candidate latest certificate with Non Creme Layer clause required.
iv. Certificates in support of Educational Qualifications;
v. Certificate from the Medical Board regarding physical disability (For the candidates belonging to physically challenged category);
vi. Any other relevant document.

Incomplete/illegible applications will not be considered. Other terms and conditions will be as per the extant Government Guidelines. The decision of the Bank as regards selection shall be final.
