BGR Energy Systems Limited, a market leader in seamless execution of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts tor large power plants is currently executing 6 x 500 MW BOP and 3 x 600 MW EPC contracts. The company has recently signed a joint venture agreement with Hitachi to manufacture Super Critical Boilers & Turbine Generators from 660 MW to 1100 MW. It invites applications from qualified professionals with relevant experience in the following areas for the execution of 2 X 660 MW power project at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh:

MECHANICAL ERECTION
Dy. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Boiler Erection
B.E (Mech) / DME with 8 – 15 years of experience in erection / commissioning/ maintenance of Boilers and Boiler Auxiliaries for power plants of 100 MW or more.

Dy. Manager/ Manager / Sr. Manager – Turbine Erection
B.E (Mech) / DME with 8 – 15 years of experience in erection / commissioning / maintenance of Turbines, Pumps, and Compressors in thermal power plants, petrochemical or process industry.

Dy. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Balance of Plant
B.E (Mech) / DME with 8 – 15 years of experience in erection / commissioning / maintenance of Material Handling Systems & Piping preferably in thermal power plants.

ELECTRICAL ERECTION
Dy. Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager – Electrical
B.E (Electrical)/ 06EE with 8-15 yrs of experience in erection of various electrical equipment such as Transformer, Generator, switchyard, switchgear, cables etc. Candidates should also have knowledge of statutes pertaining to electrical inspectorate.

SUPPORT FUNCTIONS
Dy. Manager/ Manager – Safety
Any Degree/Diploma in Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety with 8-14 years of experience in safety preferably from thermal power plants.

Manager / Sr. Manager – Stores
Any Degree with qualification m Material Management with 12- 15 years of experience in Stores management systems from Power or any Heavy Construction Industry. Must have experience in handling construction materials and inventory control. Experience in SAP environment preferred.

CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Dy. Manager/ Manager / Sr. Manager – Power Block (BTG)
B.E (Civil) / DCE with 8-15 years of experience in construction works of Civil Foundation and Structures for industrial buildings, power plants, petrochemical or steel plants.

Dy. Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager – BOP
B.E (Civil) / OCE with 8-15 years of experience in construction of civil works like industrial buildings, structures, dams, sewage treatment plants and chimneys for thermal power plants.

Manager /  Sr. Manager – Planning
B.E (Mech) / OME with 8-15 years of experience in planning, monitoring and controlling cost m construction of thermal power plants, petrochemical, process plants using modern project management tools.

CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION
Dy. Manager /Manager /Sr. Manager – C & I
B.E (E&I/ECE) with 8-15 years of experience in C & I erection & commissioning of BTG and BOP packages preferably in thermal power plants. EPC experience and hands-on experience in PLC and DCS will be an added advantage.

QUALITY CONTROL
Sr. Engineer / Dy. Manager / Manager – QC (Civil)
B.E (Civil) /DCE with 6 – 14 years of experience m handling quality function for EPC contractor. Must have experience of independently handling site quality operations.

Dy. Manager / Manager/ Sr. Manager – QC (Mechanical)
B.E (Mech) / DME with 8 – 15 years of experience in quality control in thermal power plants in both BTG and BOP areas.
