Eligibility criteria for SME’s:

• Expertise in SAN Fiber Switches and SAN Storage Devices
• Possess high level skills of IBM DS8k, EMC Storage (Symmetrix, Clariion), Device CLI
• High performance and available SAN, NAS, CAS and ArchiveA/TL tiered Storage Systems, SRDF, BCV, Scripting
• In-depth engineering-level understanding of EMC DMX-4, Netapp RAID Arrays, associated software management – able to plan, design, implement and maintain
• Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)/Veritas Netbackup/IBM DS8000/EMC DMX/NetApps
• Critical Incident resolution
• Technical Solution Engineering
• Storage solution architecting and designing
• Ability to Train, Coach and Mentor juniors

Middleware (GTS-0289270)
• Installation/Migration/Configuration/Product understanding/Web services/SOA/Scripting and Automation/Performance tuning and monitoring/ Problem determination/RCA from a Middleware Infrastructure perspective
• Middleware products/problem determination/ high availability/troubleshooting
