Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) is executing a mega eGovernonce project for the Government of India and is setting up Citizen Service Centres across the country. To operate these centres and deliver services to citizens. CMC Ltd. (subsidiary company of TCS) urgently requires following staff for various locations at:

Andhra Pradesh – Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Nizamabad, Tirupathi and Vishakapatnam

Tamil Nadu – Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Thchi and Thanjavur

1) Customer Service Manager

MBA in Finance or Operations with 6-10 years post qualification experience out of which at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in banking, retail services or in any other customer oriented environment. The incumbent shall be responsible for operations and service delivery at the centre.

2) Accounts Officer

M.Com with 5-8 years experience in a supervisory / accountant’s role preferably in a retail organisation. The incumbent should have experience in managing cash & cheques, interfacing with banks, reconciliation, cost management, preparation of accounts, financial statements etc.

3) Team Lead

Young and smart Graduates preferably MBA with 3-4 years experience in retail service delivery with at least one year in a lead role with a team of 4-5 associates.

4) Customer Service Executives

Young and smart Graduates with 1 -3 experience in customer service delivery in a front office environment. Freshers with exceptional drive to succeed may also apply.

5) Admin Executive

Graduate with 3-4 years experience in general administration activities such as purchases, inventory management vendor management, housekeeping, security, travel & logistics arrangement etc.

6)  Floor Coordinator

Graduate with 2-4 years experience in crowd management, resolve customer queries and issues, handholding customers etc.

Desired Skills:

• Candidates should be energetic, enterprising, aggressive and result oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in Local/ Regional, English & Hindi Language.
• Computer Proficiency. Local candidates shall be preferred.
• Posts at serial no 4,5 & 6 will be on contractual basis.
•Compensation will be as per the Industry standards.
