Application are invited for the following Full-time Posts (Grant-in-aid to be received wide Supreme Court order dated 28th Sept. 2018) at our College.

NOTE

• Essential Qualifications: Qualification as per University Grants Commission, Bar Council of India, Government of Maharashtra and Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune (Experience, Age and Pay Scales shall be as per 7th pay Government resolutions dated 8th March 2019 and 10th May 2019 with amendments and additions)
• Candidates should submit their A.P.I. score record for Principal post as per the University Grants Commission norms
• The appointment to the Principal post will be for a tenure of 5 years from the date of appointment or up to attainment of superannuation whichever is earlier as per the Government of Maharashtra and University Grants Commission
• Pay scale and Service conditions for all posts shall be according to the Government of Maharashtra, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha, Sangamner.
• The said posts are subject to the Approval by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, Bar Council of India, Government of Maharashtra regulations and availability of actual work load.
• Those candidates who are in service should send their application through proper channel with NOC of the present employer
• As per the guidelines of the Government of Maharashtra, preference will be given to physically handicapped and women candidates.
• The candidate will be responsible to produce verification of his / her NET certificate and cast validity within 6 months from the dale of appointment, failing which his / her appointment shall stand terminated.
• The candidates belonging to NT (C), OBC, EWS and SEBC category will have to submit valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate at the time of interview.
• The candidates belonging to reserved category who are domiciled out of Maharashtra State will be treated as open category candidates.
• After submitting the application to the college, the candidates must get the acknowledgment.
• The candidates belonging to reserved category only, should send a scanned copy of the application form along with the receipt in pdf to the Reservation Office, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune for information only through e-mail at reservation@unipune.ac.in.
• Non-qualifiying / incomplete applications and applications received after stipulated period will not be considered.
• No TA / DA will be payable to the candidate.
