Shanta Sriram Constructions (P) Ltd, is a prominent construction firm, based in Hyderabad with more than 17 years experience in layout development, construction of residential apartment complexes, independent houses, commercial complexes, IT Parks, and Hotels. Shanta Sriram is rapidly expanding and requires the following personnel for their prestigious upcoming projects:

Executive Secretary to CMD: (Female Graduate/ Post-graduate with 3-5 years similar experience): Should manage CMD’s personal and professional affairs, screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking dictations, good oral and written communication skills, making travel arrangements, prepare presentations and computer knowledge, etc. Pleasing personality with cool attitude is must.

Sales Executives / Assistant Managers (5 Nos): (MBA Marketing with 2+ years relevant experience. Freshers can also apply): Will be responsible for pro-active selling of large scale high end commercial and residential spaces to new and existing clientele, Converting enquiries into business and make appointments for the sales manger to meet the clients. Should work closely with management in formulating sales strategies.

Manager HR and Admin: (MBA HR/MHRM, 3+ years relevant experience): Responsible to Manage HR related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training & personnel affairs. Also manage all admin related activities and help the staff to achieve full potential and deliver consistently high performance standards.

Legal Officers (2 No.s) (Law graduates with 5-8 years experience): Should have experience in all legal matters pertaining to land, construction, real estate industry. Able to handle civil /
criminal / land / labour cases and give preliminary opinion for land acquisitions.

Executive – Laisoning (Graduate with 3-5 years experience): Must have good communication skills and pleasing personality to deal with Revenue/ HMDA/ GHMC and other local bodies.

Brand Manager: (PG/Graduate with 3-5 years experience in Advtg/ MR/ PR/ Event Management with exposure to media): Should execute periodical integrated branding and promotional campaigns for specific projects and corporate to ensure maximum brand visibility and brand pull.

Technical Manager – Customer Care: (BE/B.Tech (Civil), Min 5 years experience): Manage all construction, customer related issues, construction progress, delivery of commitments, customer site visits etc. Should give speedy resolution of issues by interfacing with relevant site engineer. Good communication skills, a good track record of handling customers and issue resolution.

Project / Site Engineer (4 No.s) (BE/B.Tech (Civil) with 5-7 years experience): Should manage the construction of the site, progress of work as per schedule within time line & ensure quality of delivery both by labour contractor & material supplies.

Senior Manger / Manager – Collections (2 No.s): (4-6 years relevant experience in top Real Estate companies): Ensuring timely collections from Customers through regular follow ups and meet targets. Preparing and maintaining collection data, managing entire documentation process for sanction of loan funding, registration of sale deed. Maintain banking relationship for release of funds, Registration authorities for registration. Ability to deal with tough customers. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, English and computer knowledge.

Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Finance (CA/MBA, 3-5 years relevant Experience in rising both Debt & Equity): Maintain relationship with Financial Institutions, preparing project reports, Liasoning with relevant intermediaries, Managing the entire account post sanction. Equity- Preparing IM, Financial Model, Teaser. Talking to PE Funds, Investors and manage the entire transaction end to end. Strategic initiatives under the supervision of CFO.

Executive – Telemarketing (Graduate with 3-5 years experience, freshers also apply): Handle outbound calls with a pleasing voice and ability to convince customers over phone. Willingness to achieve designated quantum of calls and site visit targets.
