S. Chand Group with 75 years experience in the industry is a leading and fastest growing Publishing Group in India. As part of its expansion plan and to strengthen its existing businesses, the group is hiring professionals in following functions:

Publishing Head – School Education & Higher Education (Code PHSE & PHHE): Candidate with Master’s Degree & over 10 years of experience in relevant field. Person should he abreast with the curriculum of major Boards, Universities and Institutions & would he responsible to ensure good quality of educational material in line with the market needs and to manage team of professionals to create timely production within assigned budget.

Managing Editors/Editors/Asst. Editors — School & Higher Education (Code EDTS & EDTH) (ELT, Science, Maths, S.Sc., Humanities, Geography, History, Atlases, Value Education etc.) : Bachelor/Master’s Degree holders from recognized university with minimum of 3 years experience in publishing industry in the respective subject. The role would include commissioning, development and ensuring turn-around-time as per the market requirements.

Regional Sales Head -Higher Education – South & West (Chennai), North & East (Code RHSW & RHNE) Bachelor /Master’s Degree holder with 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with large publishing house in Higher Education segment.

Creative Head (CH): Bachelor/Mastcr’s Degree holder with over 12 years of experience. Candidate would he responsible for creating product catalogues, design marketing collaterals, title shots, etc. Working in close co-ordination with I lead- Corporate Communications for various brand jobs.

Graphic Designer/Artists (Code GD): Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts having over 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidate should have experience of in design, Coral, Photoshop, etc. & should he prolific in working on digital platform.

Manager & Asst. Manager — Marketing & Communications (Code MKT) Candidate with minimum 5 to 5 years of experience in marketing communication. Will he responsible for planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing promotions and public relation activities.

Product Managers – School Education & Higher Education (Code PMSE & PMHE) Bachelor/Master’s Degree holder with minimum 8 years experience with an educational textbook publishing house. Candidate would he responsible for creating sales tools for team across various vertical’s in the group.

Group Head- Logistics (Code GLH) Candidate should haw at least 15 yr* of experience in planning projects, working on new supply chain strategies. Candidate will he responsible for the setting up & development of supply chain infrastructure including distribution center(s) & transport management for the group.

In order to fulfill its ambitious expansion plan, the group requires talented professionals from Publishing, Printing, Digital Industry in various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Logistics, Finance, HR, Purchase, I.T., etc. All openings are for NCR region, except where indicated.
