Rain Commodities Limited (RCOL) is one of the leading producers of Cement in South India under the brand ‘Priya Cement.’ We are also the largest producer of Calcined Petroleum Coke in the World. We require for our Factory Units at Nalgonda & Kurnool Dist. in Andhra Pradesh.

Dy. Gen. Manager /Asst. General Manager – Process (Unit-I)
He must be a Graduate / Diploma in Chemical Engg. or B.Sc/M.Sc. in Chemistry having around 15-20 years’ experience in a major Cement Industry producing more than 1.5 million tons per Annum. He must be dynamic with proven result oriented leadership qualities along with strategic and optimizing use of men and other resources, knowledge in operational improvement system like TQM, ISO, SAP/ERP etc., shall be an added advantage.

Dy. Gen. Manager /Asst. General Manager – G.C. (Unit-I)
The candidate must be dynamic with proven result oriented leadership qualities having qualified B.Sc/M.Sc., in Chemistry with 15-20 years of experience in a large One Million ton Cement plant and thoroughly conversant in the Raw Mix design as well as Clinker Analysis along with sound knowledge In all the testing procedures, familiarity with ISO Quality Systems / Cement standards as well as Pollution Control Compliances is an added advantage for the deserving candidate.

Asst. General Manager-Instrumentation (Unit-II)
The candidate must be Diploma / Graduate in Instrumentation with 15-20 years’ experience in installation, operation and maintenance of equipment/ instruments in a large modern cement plant and strong technical skills. Thorough knowledge of interpretation of technical specifications, inspection of relevant Instruments such as Transmitters, Control Valves, DCs, PLC Systems, DC/AC drives etc. Good team player with excellent inter-persona I skills.

Sr. Manager – Mechanical (both Unit I & II)
The candidate must be Dip./ Graduate in Mech. Engg. with 15-20 years’ experience in the general maintenance, to installation and operating the Vertical Roller Mills (VRMs) and high degree of Technical & Managerial competencies Engineering Ability to analyze problems in the Dept. He must be result oriented with an excellent man-management qualities. Experience in a large modem Cement plants having familiarity with ISO systems is an added advantage to the right candidate.

Manager-Electrical (Unit-ll)
Graduate / Diploma in Electrical Engg. with 10-15 years’ experience in the general maintenance of Electrical Operations, Electronic control panels, Auto feeding systems, Thrister drives etc. Familiar with ISO systems, Planning, control and preventive programmes. He must be a good team member to get along with the colleagues better output.

Manager-Instrumentation (Unit-I)
He must be Graduate / Diploma in Instrumentation Engg. having 12-15 years’ experience in any process in modem large Cement plants. Erection & Operation and maintenance of all relevant instruments and control systems. He must have strong leadership qualities to guide and supervise the limited team.

Manager/Dy. Manager/Asst. Manager-Q.C. (both Unit-I & II)
B.Sc or M.Sc Chemistry with 12-15 years’ experience in a large modern cement plant and thorough knowledge in all the relevant testing procedures, familiarity with ISO Quality systems / Cement Standards. He should be able to prepare Quality assurance plans and work procedures and must be familiar with all the Standards relating to Cement as well as Pollution Control Compliances.

Manager/Dy. Manager-Process (both Unit-I & II)
He must be Graduate / Diploma in Chemical Engg. or B.Sc/M.Sc. in Chemistry having experience of around 12-15 years in large modern cement plants and thorough knowledge of the process sequence. Must be conversant in its operations.

Officer/Jr. Officers-Process (both Unit-I&II)
He must be B.Sc./M.Sc. with Chemistry having 04-06 years’ experience in Process Department of a large modern cement plant. Must have sound knowledge in Precalcinator Kiln operations, Vertical Roller / Ball Mill operations, etc.

Asst. Manager-Mines (Unit-II)
The candidate must be Diploma / Graduate in Mining Engg. with 10-12 years’ experience in the open cast Mechanized Mining Operations along with relevant Statutory certificates. Must be conversant with all the Operational and Compliances aspects.

Foreman/Charge Hand – Mechanical (Unit-II)
m with 15-20 years of experience in any major modern cement plants or process industry having compressors, Blowers, Pumps, Conveyers stacker recliners, utility systems etc. He must be conversant with preventive and breakdown maintenance and scheduling required.

Foreman/Charge Hand – Electrical (Unit-II)
ITI with wiremen certificate having 15-20 years of experience in any major industry Electrical Maintenance involving HT/LT systems, Transformers & Motors Knowledge in PLC’s/DCS/Instruments desirable.

Foreman/Charge Hand – Instrumentation (Unit-II)
ITI With 15-20 years of experience on all types of field instruments pertaining to modern cement plants along with the sound knowledge on PLC, DCS etc.
