*Out of current 168 vacancies, 06 vacancies (VH: 02, HH:02 , OH:02 ) will be filled by PwBD candidates and will be adjusted horizontally. Therefore, selected PwBD candidate will be adjusted against their respective category i.e. SC/ST/OBC/UR.

Age limit & Pay

1.	Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Operator	18 to 24 years	During 1st year of training stipend of Rs.10,500/- Per Month. During 2nd year of training stipend of Rs.12,500/- Per Month. After successful completion of training, the trainees are likely to be considered for appointment to the post of Technician/B in the pay of Rs.21,700/- in Level 3 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016. Additional increment(s), as per extant rules, depending upon performance during training program may also be granted.
2.	Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Maintainer	18 to 24 years
3.	Driver-cum-Pump Operator- cum-Fireman-A	18 to 25 years	Rs. 21,700/- (Pay in Pay Matrix in Level – 3)

Allowances & Other Benefits
Central Dearness Allowance, Performance Linked Incentive, Children Education Assistance, Leave Travel Concession, Canteen Subsidy, Site Location Allowance, Cable TV Reimbursement, Newspaper Reimbursement, Medical Assistance, Transport Allowance, Washing Allowance, Accommodation, School facility etc. as admissible from time to time as per Corporation Rules. These allowances will be applicable only after successful absorption and appointment as Technician.

Period of Training
The period of training for the post of Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Operator & Maintainer will be 2 years (24 months).

Details of Bond to be executed by the Stipendiary Trainee Category-II
Candidates selected for Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Operator (10+2) & Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Maintainer (ITI) will have to execute a Bond prior to induction in Traineeship programme. The Bond to be executed will be 3 times of training period subject to minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years. In the event of breach of Bond, the amount repayable will be equivalent to the Stipend plus Book Allowance actually received.

Service Bond for serving in NPCIL for a period of	Five years (5 years) after completion of training.
Indemnity Bond / Bank Guarantee for an amount of	Rs.2,79,000/–

Essential Qualifications & Experience

1	Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Operator 1. HSC (10+2) or ISC (with Science subjects) with not less than 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually. 2. Shall have English as one of the subjects at least at SSC level examination.
2	Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM)- Maintainer 1. SSC (10 years) with minimum 50% in Science subject and Mathematics individually and 2 years ITI certificate in relevant trade (Electrician, Fitter, Electronics, Instrumentation, Machinist, Turner & Welder). 2. For trades for which the duration of the ITI course is less than 2 years, the candidates shall have at least one year relevant working experience after completion of the course. 3. Shall have English as one of the subjects at least at SSC level examination.
3.	Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum-Fireman-A H.S.C.(10+2) (Science with Chemistry) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks+ valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License with inimum one year driving experience Certificate Course in Fire Fighting equipment such as Fire Extinguisher etc. from the State Fire Training Centres.
