EXECUTIVE

Responsible for handling enquiries/tele-calling & co-ordinating student related services, marketing collaterals, coordination for contact classes and with centers, report generation and support sales team.
Essential: Graduate with 5-7 years of experience as a counselor or front desk executive. Good communication skills, knowledge of Local language and computers/office software.
ACADEMIC COORDINATOR
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad & Kolkata
Responsible to source and manage visiting faculty and co-ordinate all academic activities like scheduling contact classes and lectures, online/offline exams, announcement of results, standard academic support,exam centre finalisation etc
Essential: Graduate with minimum 5-7 years work experience in administrative role or experience in the relevant field. Candidates with experience in Education and Education Services sector preferred. IT Business Analyst /IT Executives/Support.

SYSTEMS/BUSINESS ANALYSTS
• Analyzes the business process
• Designs and Architects solutions
• Recommends software and systems and coordinates development to meet business needs
• Documents and evaluates required data and information
• Uses modeling, testing and data models to improve flow of information through the organization
• Should be familiar with O/S, hardware platforms, databases, some front end web technologies, etc.
PLATFORM SPECIALISTS
Platforms: SAP, Sales Force, Desk.com, Google Apps, Blackboard
• Good Technical Knowledge of Platform – should be able to translate business needs into platform requirements
• Be able to create customized reports from the platform (database understanding required)
• Be able to write small scripts and create forms within the platform
• Be able to handle functional configuration of the platform
• Can work with the platform vendors to get any customization requirements completed WEB TECHNOLOGY/ MOBILITY SOLUTIONS
• Knowledge and experience of front end web technologies and cloud computing
• Should have good technology understanding of mobile devices, preferably from both hardware and software solutions perspective
• Knowledge of middleware for mobile and web would be preferable
• Understanding of 3G/4G/LTE networks, communication protocols, etc., a plus
• Should be able to work with mobility vendors to deliver workable solutions on mobile devices
• Experience on different mobile platforms a plus
Knowledge / Experience:
■ Front End: Knowledge and understanding of front end development frameworks like J2EE, Bootstrap, Foundation and/or web development frameworks like ruby on rails, HTML 5, JS, CSS3, Java, JQucry, PHP, ctc required.
■ Mobile: WML/HDML, J2ME, Wireless Middleware, PMF, Iconverse, etc
■ Back End: Some understanding of data structures and databases like MS-SQL, Oracle, etc
■ Work Experience: • Business Analyst: 8 -10 years • Others: 5 – 8 years
