Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited, a 1.1 MT integrated steel plant located at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex, Duburi, District Jajpur requires qualified engineers/ professionals having required expertise to lead, guide, train and perform in the following areas on contractual basis for its SMS unit.

| S-2 | SMS – Refractory | 02 | Degree in Ceramic Engineering from recognized institute/ university | Minimum 10 years of experience in the areas of procurement, lining and maintenance of refractories in Ladle, Mixture, Converter etc. in SMS. |
| S-3 | SMS – ARS Operation | 02 | Degree in Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering from recognized institute/ university. | Minimum 10 experience in ARS / LHF/LTS operation with expertise knowledge in the area in a large SMS unit. |
| S-4 | SMS – Quality Control | 02 | Post Graduate in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering from recognized institute/ university | Minimum 10 years experience in quality control of SMS and having expertise knowledge in chemistry in steel making. |
| S-5 | SMS – Billet Caster | 02 | Degree in Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering from recognized institute/ university. | Minimum 10 years experience having expertise knowledge in open as w ell as close casting in Billet Caster. |
Appointment will be on contract basis initially for a period of one year with a provision of further extension on annually renewal basis. The experience required is the minimum and those who have retired or are retiring can also apply. Persons selected for this special assignment will be given an all inclusive consolidated remuneration depending on level of expertise which of course would be reviewed subject to demonstrative performance in terms of increasing the quantum of production.
