VACANCY NOTIFICATION
Applications in the prescribed format are invited up to 16.01.2018 up to 5.00 PM for the following regular posts at National Institute of Malaria Research (ICMR), Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077.

1. GROUP-B: Assistant – One Post (Reserved for ST candidates)
(Pay Level 6 plus usual allowance as admissible under the rule)
Essential:
i) Minimum Three years’ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/lnstitution.
ii) Working knowledge of computer (MS Office/Power Point etc.)
Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on 16.01.2018.
2. GROUP-C: Upper Division Clerk – One Post (Reserved for ST candidates)
(Pay Level 4 plus usual allowance as admissible under the rule)
Essential:
i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent
ii) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.
(35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m corresponding to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)
Age: Not exceeding 27 years as on 16.01.2018.
3. GROUP-C: Lower Division Clerk – Two Posts (1-UR, 1-OBC)
(Pay level 2 plus usual allowance as admissible under the rule)
Essential:
i) 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
ii) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.
(35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m corresponding to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)
Age: Not exceeding 27 years as on 16.01.2018, relaxable for Govt. Servant/Autonomous organization employees up to 40 years.
AGE RELAXATION:
A. The crucial date for determination of eligibility of age will be the last date of receipt of applications i.e. 16.01.2018.
B. Age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/ Ex. Servicemen candidates (wherever applicable) and for Government Servants in accordance with the instructions issued by the DoPT from time to time in this regard.
C. The Departmental candidates holding regular posts only (excluding long term and short term project staff) with three years’ continuous service, presently holding the regular posts and possessing the requisite qualifications will be eligible to compete for the post of LDC and UDC only (not Assistant) and they will be given age relaxation up to 40 years of age (45 years for SC/ST) as per DoPT OM No. 15012/2/2010-Est.(D) dated 27.03.2012 and Recruitment Rules as amended from time to time..
HOW TO APPLY:
The Application Form and other details can be downloaded from the website of ICMR and NIMR i.e. www.icmr.nic.in and www.nimr.org.in respectively. Applicants should indicate the post applied for legibly on the first page of prescribed “APPLICATION FORM” and affix one passport size photograph. Application Form (hard copy only) accompanied with self attested copies of necessary supporting documents (certificates, degree, diploma, experience, caste certificate, proof for date of birth, NOC from present employer, application fee etc.) should be sent in a sealed cover envelope super scribing “Application for the post of (Name of the post)” on the envelope to “The Director, National Institute of Malaria Research, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077 through Speed Post, latest by 16.01.2018 alongwith non refundable Application fee by Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (Three Hundred only) payable at New Delhi in favour of “Director, National Institute of Malaria Research, New Delhi”. The SC /ST, Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Women candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. The application fee is payable by all other candidates including ICMR and allied Institutes’ employees including NIMR. The fee once deposited will not be refunded.
The application form must be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS and neat and clean in candidate’s own hand writing failing which the application form will be liable to be rejected.
