Qualification,Experience, Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assistant Placement Officer : Graduate in any discipline with Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or Marketing. 2-3 years of experience. MBA will be preferred. Age limit below 35 years. To liaise with the companies in the field of management of construction, real estate, infrastructure and projects (CRIP). Maintaining and preparation of company database and placement details on every calendar year. Travel to different companies as per requirements, Preparation of student database for corporate houses and assisting in placement activities. To interact with students and organize the visits of companies. To co-ordinate placement activity. Any other work assigned by the Institute from time to time. Report to Placement Head.
  2. Hostel Supervisor : Post Graduate in any stream with 1 year experience or Graduate / equivalent with 3 years of experience in similar capacity in any reputed college / Institute’s hostel. Age limit below 40 years. Hostel allotment, Preparation of Occupancy chart, maintain inventory of hostel records and also maintain a separate individual register for all the hostels mentioning name of the students, roll nos, rooms nos. and joining dates of the student. Monitor complaint register and ensure that complaints of the student are attended on daily basis. Maintain record of all the equipment provided by NICMAR at Gym, Residential hall, sports material and ensure that they are in good condition. To act as additional warden if required. Maintaining discipline in the student hostel and mess, ensuring cleanliness in hostel premises and hygiene in dining hall and kitchen. Maintaining issues related to cleanliness, disinfection, repair, maintenance, housekeeping and estate etc. Resolving problems occurred in hostels inside and outside the campus. Distributing the students mails. Any other works assigned by the Institute from time to time.
  3. Office Hand for Programmes : SSC / HSC should be able to read English. 2 to 3 years of experience. Age limit below 30 years. Sincere, honest, willing to work hard. To assist Programme co-ordinators, and for day to day attendance sheets distribution and collection, photocopying for academic / administrative works and to assist examinations during term end examinations. Check working of teaching aids like lights, fans, AC, Computer, LCD, mikes, speaker etc. To keep drinking water, chalk, markers, duster, student’s attendance sheet, white board, projector screen etc. Assist reporting officer/ head/ faculty/ programme assistant/ programme co-ordinator, in distributing, posting notices, material etc. Maintaining files, Xeroxing, circulating IOM, notices and bank records. Outside works like deposits, refunds, FDR, Postage, TDS returns, tax returns, online payments etc. shifting material. Any other works assigned by the Institute from time to time.
  4. Office Hand for Dean & Dy Dean : SSC / HSC should be able to read English. 2 to 3 years of experience. Age below 30 years. Sincere, honest, willing to work hard. Monitoring Dean & Dy. Dean office cleanliness. Assisting for day to day correspondence. To assist Dean & Dy. Dean for communicating their instructions to various faculty and staff. Check working teaching aids like lights, fans, AC, Computer, LCD, mikes, speaker etc. To keep drinking water, chalk, markers, duster, student’s attendance sheet, white board, projector screen etc. Assist reporting officer/ head/ faculty/ programme assistant/ programme co-ordinator in distributing, posting notices, material etc. Maintaining files, xeroxing, circulating IOM, notices, and bank records. Outside works like deposits, refunds, FDR, Postage, TDS returns, tax returns, online payments, shifting material etc. and Any other works assigned by the Institute from time to time.
  5. Office Hand for Head Placement: SSC / HSC should be able to read English. 2 to 3 years of experience. Age below 30 years. Sincere, honest, willing to work hard. To assist in placement section for day to day activites. Maintaining necessary material to conduct GD’s & PI’s. To support Assistant Placement Officer for regular office work. Check working teaching aids like lights, fans, AC, Computer, LCD, mikes, speaker etc. To keep drinking water, chalk, markers, duster, student’s attendance sheet, white board, projector screen etc. Assist reporting officer/ head/ faculty/ programme assistant/ programme co-ordinator in distributing, posting notices, material etc. Maintaining files, xeroxing, circulating IOM, notices, and bank records. Outside works like deposits, refunds, FDR, Postage, TDS returns, tax returns, online payments, shifting material etc. Any other works assigned by the Institute from time to time.
  6. Office Hand for IT: SSC / HSC should be able to read English. 2 to 3 years of experience. Age below 30 years. Sincere, honest, willing to work hard. Maintaining Cleanliness of all Computer Labs. Support and assistance to IT department for installation of Software’s Antivirus and attending Networking/ Internet related issues in the campus and Hostels. Monitoring, assisting in maintenance and support for smooth functioning of UPS, LCD Projector, Desktop systems & PA System in Classrooms, Computer Labs, Auditorium, Conference Room, and Seminar Rooms. Routine checkups of LAN in Academic Building and all Hostels. Assistance for Auditorium and Video Conference programs. Check working teaching aids like lights, fans, AC, Computer, LCD, mikes, speaker etc. To keep drinking water, chalk, markers, duster, student’s attendance sheet, white board, projector screen etc. Assist reporting officer/ head/ faculty/ programme assistant/ programme co-ordinator in distributing, posting notices, material etc. Maintaining files, xeroxing, circulating IOM, notices, and bank records. Outside works like deposits, refunds, FDR, Postage, TDS returns, tax returns, online payments, shifting material, helping in cables laying networking etc. Any other works assigned by the Institute from time to time.
  7. Part-time Gym Instructor : A bachelors degree in Exercise Science or Physical Education / experience in related field for more than 10 years. Age below 35-40 years. Should be able to lead, instruct and motivate individual or group in exercise activity, strength, training, Cardio vascular exercises. Guide the students for exercise methodologies. Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment and maintaining discipline in gym. Monitoring day to day cleanliness in the gym. Ensure the gym is free from occupational hazards. Monitoring the misuse of equipment and materials. Ready to work in morning and evening shifts. Any other work assigned from time to time. To act as sports supervisor when needed. Maintaining of sports ground and other related facilities.
