IDA (at present 223% on basic pay) is applicable in the Company, which varies quarterly as per GoI directives. Deserving candidates may be given additional increments. Candidates from Govt. Organization getting higher gross salary will be protected. Other benefits like company accommodation, medical facility, conveyance allowance, canteen allowance etc. shall be payable. In addition, candidates shall also be entitle to leave, LTC, PF, Gratuity and other benefits governed by Policy / Rules of the company as amended from time to time.

Experience for the post of DGM (Systems) and DGM (Civil) may be read as 12 years instead for 10 years.
