Requires for its Mines situated in the State of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra:-

I.) Sel.Grd.Mine Foreman -10 Posts (2 SC, 1 ST, 3 OBC, 4 GEN (including backlog)
1. Qualification:
i) Dip. in Mining and Mine Surveying
(exemption from Mine Foreman Cert. of Compt.(UR)
ii) 2 yrs. exp. in Supervisory capacity in a reputed Mining Concern, after acquiring diploma.
2. Age: Up to 40 years (can be relaxed under Govt. guidelines)
3. Scale of pay: Rs.12200-360-23000/- (NE-09)

II. Mine Foreman – 6 Posts ( 1 SC, 1 ST, 1 OBC, 3 GEN (including backlog)
1. Qualification:
i) SSC Pass
ii) Possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)
iii) 6 yrs. exp. in Supervisory capacity in a reputed Mining Concern
2. Age: Up to 35 years (Can be relaxed under Govt. guidelines)
3. Scale of pay: Rs.11700-340-21900/- (NE-08)

III. Mine Mate -I – 18 Posts ( 3 SC, 2 ST, 4 OBC, 9 GEN)
1. Qualification
i) SSC Pass
ii) Possessing valid Mine Mate’s Cert. of Compt.(Unrestricted).
iii) 7 yrs. exp. as Mine Mate in a reputed Mining Concern.
2. Age: Up to 30 years (can be relaxed under Govt.guidelines)
3. Scale of pay: Rs.10600-280-19000/- (NE-05)

IV. Blaster – II -14 Posts ( 2 SC, 1 ST, 4 OBC, 7 GEN (including backlog)
1. Qualification:
i) SSC pass
ii) Possessing Blasters Cert. of Compt.(UR)
iii) 3 yrs. exp. as Blaster
2. Age: Limit upto 30 years(can be relaxed under Govt.guidelines)
3. Scale of pay: Rs.10300-260-18100/- (NE-04)
