Metrofi recruiting Customer Account Manager, Executive and Network support Associate

Metrofi Online is an International Telecommunication Services company with operations in USA and India. We are looking for young, talented and enthusiastic Individuals with excellent English communication skills for the following positions. Prior Telecom network or customer account support experience is a big plus.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER
MBA/ PGDBM from reputed institute with 3-4years in Business Development, Account Management & Sales. Experience in selling telecom carrier services is a big plus. Must be willing to travel to USA and work in USA time zone occasionally.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Any Graduate with 0-2years of customer account management experience and strong written and oral communication skills. Must be willing to work in customer’s time zone occasionally.

NETWORK SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Any Graduate with Basic understanding of data (IP) networks and network monitoring tools and strong written and oral communication skills. Must be willing to work in 24×7 shifts.
