For our Non-Functional Assurance Business, we are looking for Test Automation / Performance Testing specialists with a strong understanding and experience in industry-standard tools and methodologies.

TEST MANAGER:
– Possess 10+ years of overall relevant experience and project management skills
– Managed and delivered large integrated test automation / performance testing projects
For Test Automation: (Job code: AUT-TM)
– Rich experience in developing test automated solutions, strategizing, sizing, estimation, PoCs, authoring proposals and presentations
For Performance Testing: (Job code: PER-TM)
– Rich experience in developing performance testing solutions, strategizing, sizing, estimation, PoCs, authoring proposals and presentations
– Must possess experience in monitoring, analysis and giving recommendations

TEST LEAD & ASSOCIATE TEST LEAD:
– Possess 4 to 8 years of overall relevant experience
– Monitoring and control of project delivery
For Test Automation: (Job code: AUT-TL/AUT-ATL)
– For lest Lead, candidate must have strong experience in developing test automation framework, strategy, PoCs, scoping and effort estimation
– For Associate Test Lead, the candidate must have specific experience in designing, debugging, defining keyword strategy, enhancing new or existing test automation frameworks, scenario definition, execution and reporting
For Performance Testing: (Job code: PER-ATL)
– Candidate must have strong experience in designing, debugging, enhancing new or existing scripts, scenario definition, execution, monitoring and reporting

SENIOR TEST ENGINEER:
– Possess 2.5 to 4 years of overall relevant experience
For Test Automation: (Job code: AUT-STE)
– Must have good understanding of test automation frameworks
– Must be proficient in creating libraries, scripting, descriptive programming, designing test automation scripts, execution, debugging and reporting
For Performance Testing: (Job code: PER-STE)
– Must be proficient in programming languages like (Java/C/C++),scripting, enhancing scripts, execution, debugging and reporting

All the above positions require relevant hands on experience in Test Automation / Performance Testing tool suites from IBM / Microfocus / HP, technologies and scripting languages. Educational qualification; BE / B-Tech / MCA / IT (UG / PG) with good communication and leadership skills.

Positions will be based in Chennai but will entail extensive travel to client locations in India / overseas.
