Qualifications/Requirements:
I. Maintenance Manager:
• He should have at least 10 years of experience in managing a large facility of about 4 lakh sft space preferably a large hospital/hotel
• Should have experience in handling a team of about 9 supervisors in the departments of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, A/C etc.
II. Supervisor:
Should have at least 4 years of experience in managing facilities in their corresponding areas, preferably a large hospital/hotel.
Note: Interview of short-listed candidates will be held on 7th August, 2010.
