To be based at their Head -Office at Hyderabad, they are looking for dynamic individuals to head their operations in Contract-Manufacturing and Hospital/Institutional Sales.

Head – Contract Manufacturing

Job Description: To consolidate the existing customer base, develop new customers, enhance the value perception for the Organization as delivering high quality products and services. Coordinate with all manufacturing locations and maintain a smooth supply chain.

Candidate Profile: 5-8 years experience in Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing with any leading Pharma Company. Experience in high value parentral will be advantageous.

Head -Institutional Sales

Job Description: To consolidate the exiting customer base, develop new customers. Provide value based leadership to the field force by recruiting and training them.

Candidate Profile: 8-10yrs experience in managing sales and field force at state level, selling high value hospital based parentral and specialty formulations in Cardiology, Nephrology, and Oncology in AP / Karnataka will be advantageous.

Head – HR and Administration

Job Description: To further enhance the robustness and deliver ability of the existing HR and Administrative Processes. Recruit, setup, and run the support departments effectively.

Candidate Profile: 5-8 yrs of experience especially in Pharmaceutical Organizations managing field-force will be advantageous.
