Recruitment Examination for the post of Scientist-B (Non-Medical)
of ICMR Headquarters & its Institutes/Centres

AIIMS, New Delhi invites Online Application on the behalf of ICMR, New Delhi in the prescribed form through online mode for filling up the post of Scientist-B (Non-Medical) of ICMR Headquarters & its Institutes/Centres through direct recruitment.

Eligibility:

Desirable: Experience in Research & Development related to Biomedical Sciences, relevant to the job requirement* in a Govt. / Public sector / Private Institutions.
2. Scientist-B (Non-Medical- IT / Computer Science) Level -10 (Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500) (7th CPC scale) Not exceeding 35 years Educational qualification: ME / M. Tech (Computer Science) from a recognized University OR ME / M. Tech (Computer Science) / MCA or 4 years B.E. or B. Tech or B.Sc. (Engineering) (Computer Science/IT) with Ph.D. from a recognised University in a subject related to IT/Computer Science.

Desirable: Experience in Research & Development related to Biomedical Sciences, relevant to the job requirement* in a Govt. / Public sector / Private Institutions.
3. Scientist- B (Non-Medical­Pharmacology) Not exceeding 35 years Educational qualification: Masters from a recognised university in Pharmacy (Pharmacology) OR Pharm-D degree recognized by UGC/PCI

Desirable: Experience in Research & Development related to Biomedical Sciences, relevant to the job requirement* in a Govt./Public sector/Private Institutions.

Note:

  1. For Scientist-B (Non-Medical-IT / Computer Science), job requirement is “Regulatory New Approach Methodologies (NAM) as alternative to animals in a Government/Public Section/Private Institutions.”
  2. For Scientists-B (Non-Medical-Pharmacology) job requirement is “pre-clinical/experimental pharmacology”

APPLICATION FEES:

  1. General/OBC Candidates – 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only)
  2. SC/ST Candidates/EWS – 2400/- (Rupees Twenty-Four Hundred Only)
  3. Persons with Disabilities – Exempted
  • The candidate can pay the prescribed application fee through DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/ NETBANKING. Transaction / Processing fee, if any, as applicable, will be payable to the bank by the candidate.
  • Application fee, once remitted, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected.
