INTERVIEW FOR PURELY CONTRACTUAL POSITION OF YOUNG PROFESSIONAL AT ICAR- CIRB, HISAR (HARYANA)

Applications are invited for position of Young Professional purely on contractual and time bound basis at ICAR-CIRB. Hisar (Haryana). Shortlisted candidates will be informed by email to appear for interview. No candidate other than those called will be permitted to appear for interview. The eligible and interested candidates may send their applications in the enclosed proforma along with scanned self-attested copies of the documents to this office through email only at purchase.cirb@icar.gov.in; so as to reach by 02^nd July, 2024 positively. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Applications sent on any other email will also not be entertained. Original documents of the candidates appearing for interview will be verified on the date of interview if called. The documents should be sent in one PDF tile only alongwith application. These documents will be verified by hard copy before joining if selected.

Note:

1. Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully.
2. Applicants must fill the application form carefully. Applicants must mention Advertisement No.. Position for which applied for and Item No. of the position failing which candidature may be rejected.
3. The candidates will send their applications directly to this office at the above email address so as to reach by 07.2024 positively.
4. There is no need to send hard copy of the application and only the applications received through email at the given email ID will be entertained. However, the candidate should bring hard copy of duh’ filled in prescribed application form alongwith CV and a passport size photo and other attested certificates at the time of interview, if found shortlisted and called for interview.
5. Applicants will be shortlisted based on their qualifying academic performance as per an assessment criterion. The short listed candidates will be informed by this office through the email address as given by the candidates. These shortlisted candidates will undergo a panel interview at ICAR-CIRB, 1 lisar. Candidates arc advised to clearly mention their active email IDs.
6. The applicants must bring with them the original documents alongwith experience certificate(s) if any. at the time of interview.
7. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
8. Eligible candidates who are called for interview will be required to be present at least 30 minutes before scheduled time on the date of interview for completing necessary formalities.
9. Applicants are advised to keep visiting website of this Institute for any corrigendum/update.

The engagement of selected candidates will be subject to the condition that he/she is declared medically fit for service by the prescribed medical authority.
