SENIOR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Code: CS – SRA
Department: Synthesis
Qualification: Fresh Ph.D (Organic / Medicinal Chemistry) from a Premier University / Institute
Skills Essential: Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Job Description: Should be able to design synthetic schemes of targeted molecules, handle multiple reactions with good purification skills, small-to-large scale synthesis, and interpret analytical data like IR, 1H NMR, LCMS, etc. Should be able to prepare excellent project reports.

SENIOR CHEMIST (SC) / RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (RA)
Code: SC / RA
Department: Synthesis
Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
Experience:  Should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in CRO / related industry, with ability to execute small-to-large scale synthesis with good purification skills. Should have good knowledge of interpretation of analytical data like IR, 1H NMR, LCMS, etc.

SENIOR SCIENTIST / SCIENTIST
Code: CS – SS / S-Analytical
Department: Analytical Department
Qualification: M.Sc (Analytical) or Ph.D (Analytical / Chemistry) from a Premier University
Experience: Ph.D with 5-6 years experience in Analytical Department or M.Sc with 10-12 years experience. Experience from a CRO is preferred
Skills Essential: Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Job Description: Responsible for various analytical capability improvement activities; should perform HPIC and LC MS method development for new compounds; characterisation and structural elucidation by vanous techniques; execution and purification of newly synthesized compounds by Achiral & Chiral HPIC. Responsible for quality and accuracy of data and reports sent to client under assigned responsibility.
