NOTIFICATION

A walk-in-interview will be held on 13-02-2013 from 10.30 A.M onwards for engagement of Project Assistants to work at CIMFR, Barwa Road Campus, Dhanbad and/ or field sites under the time-bound Projects. The candidates, having following qualification may report between 9.00AM & 11.00 AM for appearing at Interview before the Selection Committee on 13-02-2013 at CIMFR, Barwa Road Campus, Dhanbad-826015 (Jharkhand) with all original documents and completed application form on a A-4 size plain paper, indicating Notification No. Name, Father’s name, Sex, Date of birth, Qualification (percentage of marks & year of passing from Matriculation onwards), Category (SC/ST/OBC/General), Address (Permanent & Correspondence along with contact No: viz Mobile/Landline No. & E-mail address), Experience etc. Details of relationship with CIMFR / CSIR employees and signature of applicant alongwith copies of all testimonials and certificates duly attested by a Gazetted officer and a self-attested passport size photograph. The other details are as under :-

1.  Name of the Position:  Project Assistant Level-I
Number of Positions:  03 (Three)
Qualification:  Diploma in Mining Engg. (Three years duration) Or. B.Sc with any two subject in Physics/Mathematics/Geology with minimum 50% Marks. In case of SC/ST candidates these criteria shall be relaxed by 5%.
Stipend:  Rs. 9,000 (Nine Thousand) per month (Wherever possible accommodation will be provided to the Selected candidates, other wise HRA will be paid as per rule).
Age:  Not more than 25 years as on 13-02-2013. Age will be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged applicants etc., as per GoI rules.

2.  Name of the Position:  Project Assistant Level-II
Number of Positions:  03 (Three)
Qualification:  B.Tech in (Mining /Civil Engineering OR M.Sc in Geology/Physics /Mathematics with minimum 55% marks . In case of SC/ST candidates these criteria shall be relaxed by 5%.
Stipend:  Rs.13,000 (Thirteen thousand only)per month (Wherever possible accommodation will be provided to the Selected candidates, other wise HRA will be paid as per rule).
Age:  Not more than 28 years as on 13-02-2013. Age will be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged applicants etc., as per GoI rules.

3.  Project Title (For Both):  Blast design and fragmentation control : key to productivity.

4.  Duration of Project (for both):   (03) Three years/co-terminus with the project.

In addition to above, a panel will also be prepared for engagement of Project Assistants under the aforesaid, any other ongoing and upcoming projects. Appearing candidates or those candidates whose results are awaited will not be allowed to appear in the interview . No Travelling Allowance will be paid for appearing at the interview. Hindi may be used as a medium of conversation in the interview. Dispensary facility may be provided to the Project Assistants for self only as per CSIR rules.
