Head: Construction – Buildings (1 Position)
Experience : Min. 15-20 Years in Building Construction & Management
Qualification : Masters in Civil Engineering. Specialization in Building Technology. Smart Buildings. Construction Management.
Desirable: Experience in Construction and Management of large building / townships projects.
Head: Construction – Infrastructure (1 Position)
Experience : Min. 15-20 Years in Infrastructure Construction & Management
Qualification : Masters in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Engineering, specialization in infrastructure planning, design, construction management.
Desirable: Experience of implementation of large scale Smart Integrated Urban Infrastructure Project.
Senior Investment Promotion Officers (2 Positions)
Experience: Min. 10-15Years
Qualification: Masters in Business Administration; specialization in project marketing, business promotion and management.
Desirable: Experience in marketing and promotion of large area development projects, policy preparation and economic development.
Senior Legal Officer (1 position)
Experience: Min. 10-15 years
Qualification: Masters in Law; specialization in Contracts Documentation and Management
Desirable: Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts. Documentation of PPP projects of urban and infrastructure sector, working with financial institution as legal expert would be an added advantage.
It is desirable to have experience of working with Government I Semi Government organizations. The positions demand excellent leadership qualities, dedication and strong aspirations to grow with the organization. Compensation will be as per the best industry practices.
