General terms and conditions:
1. The applicant must enclose demand draft as under:
a. Rs 1500/-(Rs 750/- for SC/ST) for Serial Number 1,2, 6 to 8, 10,13 & 14
b. Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- SC/ST) for Serial No. 3 to 5, 9,10, 11,12
Non-refundable in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot
2. The University has right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage without citing any reason or not to fill any or all the posts.
3. It is not obligatory to call every candidate for interview who fulfills the prescribed qualification.
4. The applicants (General Category) applying for non teaching posts should not below the age of 18 years and above 38 years of age on the last date of receipt of application form . Relaxation in upper age for SC/BC candidate is 5 years and for Physical Handicapped is 10 years.
5. Maximum age limit for the post of Assistant Professor is upto 42 years relaxable up to 52 years for all state/Central Govt. employee. Relaxation in upper age as per Sr.No.4.
6. The Applicant must have passed Punjabi or its equivalent examination up to Matric level.
7. The Application on prescribed proforma must accompany self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience etc
8. Last date and time of receipt of application form at the office of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot is 21.8.2013 up to 5pm.
9. The applications received without a valid bank draft or without legible copies of documents or apparently containing incomplete information and those received after prescribed date & time will be summarily rejected.
10. Applicant must possess the requisite qualification by the last date of receipt of application.
11. Candidates already in service must route their application Through Proper Channel.
12. Separate application/proforma be used for each post.
13. Candidates are advised to mention the Serial Number and name of the post on the envelope.
14. The candidates who have already applied for the post of Assistant Professor ( Chest & T.B) in reference to advt. 5/13 need not to apply again.
