AGI Glaspac (an SBU of HSIL Limited) a dominant and fast-growing player in the Container Glass industry with an expected turnover of about Rs.1000 Crores by 2012-13, requires for their units located at Hyderabad and Bhongir:

AGM/DGM – Quality Control (Bhongir): Graduate Mechanical Engineer from a reputed institute and should be well conversant with ISO systems such as 9000. 15378, 22000 and SOC procedures. The task will be to strengthen quality control systems, analyse customer complaints, pinpoint problem areas, do thorough root-cause analysing, motivate the workforce involved in quality control, and liaise with functional heads within the unit and at customer premises. He should be currently heading the OC function and having 18 to 20 years experience in a precision engineering/manufacturing/process industry unit with a turnover of minimum Rs.200 crores. Excellent team-building and communication skills are a must.

Manager – CNC (Hyderabad): Graduate Mechanical Engineer with minimum 15 to 17 years experience in any Engineering industry and supervising at-least six CNC Lathe & Milling machine operations independently. The candidate should be conversant with Production Planning and Tooling, CNC Programming S Inspection procedures.

Dy. Manager – Quality Control (Hyderabad): Graduate Mechanical Engineer and should be well conversant with ISO 9000 and SQC procedures. The task will be to improve quality control systems on the shop-floor, pinpoint problem areas and motivate the workforce involved in quality control. He should be having 14 to 15 years experience, currently looking-after the QC function in a precision engineering/manufacturing/process industry unit with a turnover of around Rs.100 crore or second-in-command of a large-scale unit in the industries mentioned. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer/ Engineer -Design (Hyderabad): Graduate Mechanical Engineer preferably with Postgraduate Diploma in Tool Design and knowledge of CAD, CAM & PRO-E with experience of 4 to 10 years in designing of engineering components and CNC programming.

SAP-ABAP Officers (Hyderabad): Graduate/ MCA with 3-5 years of working experience in ABAP/4 Tools like classical interactive reports, smart forms, BDC, BAPI, Dialogue programming, SAP Scripts, User exits, SAP Enhancement, Data interfacing (LSMW), RFCS, ALEI Doc, etc. Should have good command of maintenance and development of ABAP in the basic modules of SAP, ECC 6.0 like SD, MM, PP, FI, CO and preferably HR in a manufacturing unit.

Jr. Engineer – CNC (Hyderabad/Bhongir): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years experience in operating CNC – Lathe/Milling machines. Knowledge of Tool setting and programming is essential.

Shift Security Supervisors (Bhongir): Ex-Service Officer (short service commission) with 4 years industrial experience. He should be a Graduate. The candidate will be in-charge of shift/leading group of contract security personnel. The candidates are required to stay near Bhongir.

Salary commensurate with experience.
