We have openings for the following positions in our project sites in Hyderabad for candidates with Construction Project Management experience.
PROJECT MANAGER: Candidate must have thorough knowledge of Planning & Monitoring, Project tracking, Resource Allocation, Financial and Cost Planning, tendering, budgeting with exposure to MS Projects/ Primavera. Must be able to lead the team and mentor them to produce results. Graduate Civil Engineers with 15-20 years of experience with good presentation skills.
PROJECT ENGINEERS (CIVIL): Graduate Civil Engineers with 10-12 years of relevant experience in multistoried buildings. Capacity to handle the projects independently from start to completion and responsible for monitoring construction schedules, co-ordination with Architects, Consulting Engineers, Clients and Contractors.
QUANTITY SURVEYORS & PLANNING ENGINEERS: Graduate Civil Engineers, 8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Bill checking/ certification, Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis, Knowledge of MSP, MS Office & AutoCad is essential. Should possess good knowledge of IS Codes & Building Bylaws.
MEP ENGINEERS: Graduate Engineers (B.E. Mech/B.E. Elec) with minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience. Ability to manage MEP services independently. Should be well versed with Electro Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting HVAC & interiors. Candidates with prior experience in MEP cost estimation & Rate Analysis will be preferred. Knowledge of Services Contract Management is added advantage.
SAFETY OFFICER: Graduate candidate with Diploma in Safety Management having relevant 3-4 years experience in high rise/ multistoried residential/commercial projects well versed with Safety norms.
